Rates:

£25 - £30 per person per night bed and breakfast (based on two sharing)

£45 - £50 single occupancy bed and breakfast

Special rates will apply for guests staying for 3 nights or more. Please ask for details.

Reservation Policy:

To make a reservation, please contact us initially to check availability. We ask for a 25% non-refundable deposit to be paid by cheque with a supporting, valid card number on the reverse.

Once received, we will then confirm your booking to you via email or post, whichever you prefer.

Any special dietary requirements should be brought to our attention at this stage.

Cancellation Policy:

We very much hope that you will not need to cancel your booking with us, but should this happen your deposit will be non-refundable. If you cancel less than 7 days before arrival and we do not manage to re-sell the room for the night(s) you have cancelled, we will charge you the full room rate for that period.
We would therefore advise that relevant travel insurance is taken to cover such an eventuality.
